Been trying to learn some of the Joker lines and accent recently. So cool, yet so hard. Today was the start of the new module, FunDigPho. Still not sure what that means. Fundamental Digital... something. I can’t wait to learn how to use photoshop! W007! First impressions of Alan: A lil intimidating, but funny. Has a Western accent, but years of Xbox Live helped me understand him. Showed some card ‘magic’ tricks just now, nobody knew how I did them, yet nobody asked. Good.

I feel bad for YL, I can’t stand people who’re like that. Man, I mean...MAN... Hope I remember to bring the Darth Vader and Clone trooper figurines tomorrow to show Ubin. He’s Darth Vader is awesome, other than the fact that it’s second hand and has no lightsaber. Oh and the button which moves the body doesn’t work too. I guess what I is like is the pose. Oh well, 12:07am, time to go. Go surf the net, that is =)

The Dark Knight

I never thought I'd say this in a million years, but DUDE THIS MOVIE OWNS IRONMAN. And this means a lot coming from a MARVEL, not DC fan. Seriously, anyone and everyone should watch it. Some people might think that Oh just because this is the last movie Heath Ledger acted in, everyone who watches it are gonna say how awesome it is and all. But no, his portrayal as the Joker was fantastic. Superb. The laughs, the facial expression, his movement etc. This is probably the first Superhero movie I've seen where the villain gives me the creeps. He's so sadistic, yet humorous in a certain way. I love the pencil 'magic' trick. Somehow the Joker is able to be funny even amidst a tense situation. Every single minute of the movie is exciting, and there is no way anyone could fall asleep watching this. So many plot twists, I don't mind watching it again. In a nutshell, this movie is AWESOME. 10/5 stars. Haha, J/K.

So I just got back, parents are out. WHOHOO! WenJun, ShiHui and Ubin are in Changi airport (omg wow that's new) again, wish I could be there too, but thanks to mom, I'm stuck here at home. Oh well, at least I can practice my Guitar Hero 3 demo l33t skillz. I'm getting better at the song Lay down by Priestess in Expert mode. Gonna surprise the peeps at Joe's house the next time I go. Heh.

Alfie's the best. He's like a breath of fresh air, compared to Wahida who's gone to London for this week. Oh yeah... Yesterday we went to Joseph's house, played some Guitar Hero 3 and Resistance: Fall of man. Was playing Resistance when they dragged me into playing monopoly -.- So damn boring la, but this buy that, in the end also fake money. Then went to Changi Airport (again). Had to deceive my mom by telling her that i was going to take pictures. That was the only way i could get out without her bothering me. Seriously, I need more leeway. I feel like a caged bird, rarely being able to go out without mom's consent. At least Dad's not like that. Played SFM, then Alana asked me SFM 3 girls from our class. My reply seemed to shock Shu Hui and her. Then she asked me if I was telling the truth. Duh...

So today after school they went to TM to eat pizza hut and play the arcade B-ball game. Shu Hui's idea. Too bad I couldn't go, partly coz I didn't wanna lie to my mom again, partly coz I wanna save money and partly coz my mom told me to eat at home. Same old reasons. At least I found a good job thanks to Wen Jun; Distributing Flyers for $7:50 per hour. O.O I know, that's a lot, but too bad it's only on Sundays. Oh well, earning around $50 bucks per week ain't that bad. Better than the $15 per week pocket money I get. Sheesh.

Went to work in Little India giving out Starhub promotion flyers today(correction, yesterday) with Wen Jun. The pay was really good; $7:50 per hour and I worked a total of 6 hrs. So that means $45 for today(yesterday)! Much better job than a being waiter at Waraku, imo. However, I'll be paid only two weeks later :( The flyers were all in Indian, so I didn't understand a single thing. Miraculously, we finished giving all the flyers except for one stack by 7:30pm, when we went for our dinner break at Macs and the girls took over. We finished around 9, then went back home. Supposed to meet later to go Changi Airport with the group, but i'm afraid Mom won't allow. Again. Seriously, she needs to give me more freedom. Anyways, talked to Reb on msn and she said that she'll try to find time amidst her busy school schedule to have lunch. :) That's all I can ask for, i suppose. Hope she doesn't think I'm trying to hit on her, it's just lunch.

It's ALIVE!

Ok so I've finally revived my blog after about a year, due to some flaming. Man that was nasty. Went to school yesterday almost late, woke up at 0830 instead of the usual 0730. And class starts at 0900. Luckily Dad fetched me, and picked up Sam on the way coz she was late too. Her expression was priceless when I rolled down the window and asked her to come in. Ha! Went to catch Hellboy 2 with the whole class, everyone was wearing either black, gray or white. Gradation. Heh. The class was split into half, some wanted Hancock, some wanted Hellboy. To me, Hancock is they type of show you can watch at home, not a must see at the cinema. So yeah, about 10 of us watched Hellboy, it was fun, yes, but many of us were quite tired somehow. Ubin slept halfway and wasted 6 bucks -.- The action scenes are awesome, but it's the type of show I have to watch again to fully enjoy it. I rate it 3.7 stars outta 5, but it'll probably be higher when I watch it again.

After that we went to meet the rest who finished Hancock before us. Lo and behold, many were already gone. The anime group was slacking upstairs while the other group (haven't come up with a name yet) were in White Sands. Oh yeah, forgot to mention, we watched at E!Hub, Pasiris, Cathay. When we asked the anime group what happened, they said they didn't know, they were just slacking coz some left already. What the Hell? That was our (me, Joe, WenJun, Yilin, Ubin) reaction. Why did they split? Anyways, we left for Whitesands to meet the other small group. Yi Lin had to leave to meet her sis (again -.-), while we then went to Changi Airport to eat Popeyes. It was my first time, and man did the chicken taste delicious. Oh hey a moth just got stuck on the fan railings and the wind's pushing against it. Ha, serves you right. I just hope it doesn't dislodge and blow into me. Anyways, the chicken was tender, and hot and juicy inside. The biscuit tasted a little awkward, like it wasn't cooked properly in the inside, a little moist and stuff. Maybe I'm just not used to it. We told jokes, coincidentally I had been reading real Laugh-out-loud jokes the other night, but I could only remember one :( It was damn funny, though.

Here it is:

A man walks into the dentist office. After the dentist examines him, he says, "That tooth has to come out. I`m going to give you a shot of Novocain and I`ll be back in a few minutes". The man grabs the dentist`s arm and says, "No way! I hate needles. I`m not having any shot!!!". So the dentist says, "Okay, we`ll have to go with the gas". The man replies, "Absolutely not!!! It makes me very sick for a couple of days. I`m not having gas!!!". So the dentist steps out and comes back with a glass of water. "Here, he says. Take this pill. The man asks, "What is it?" The dentist replies, "Viagra". The man looks surprised, "Will that kill the pain?" "NO" replies the dentist, "but it will give you something to hang onto while I pull your tooth".

LOL that's one of the best jokes I've ever heard. Nadiah and Shi Hui really know lotsa jokes, which is not really a surprise. Went to the viewing station to talk more. Talked about Ghost stories, and then someone said that it was a Thursday, and not to talk about ghost stories on that day. At first we were like, ok, so no ghost stories, but after awhile, we carried on. I noticed Alana has unique eyes. Some people have sharp eyes (we're Chinese, duh) and some have normal ones. But Alana's eyes are different. The sides a little lower, so the sides look like they're more slanted than some. Ah crap I dunno how to explain lah, you have to see for yourself. Mum kept calling, like 3 times in a row in only 1 minute. My friends now called that ringtone the "mum ringtone". Had to go off at around 7pm, while the rest left at 7:30pm. Too bad I couldn't wait a little longer, thanks to her.

Was on bus 34, when I got a real shock! No, it wasn't a ghost, it was Rebbecca! My secondary school crush. Still as awesome as ever. Man I was totally psyched to see her, but too bad I didn't have the chance to talk to her, she was with a friend and they sat near the end of the bus. :( I gotta meet up with her sometime and chat.

So today's Friday, and Wahida's lesson was DAMN boring. She talked about her adventure in South africa and how she almost drowned while White water rafting. Took her 10 minutes ti reach the part where she got in the boat. Lol so many people were already sleeping, and it was the first time I ever slept in TP. As Joseph said, there's a first time for everything. Heh, funny guy. Ok mum's out, time to play some Halo at top volume. Oh yeah....
