Sunday:

Went to work at Farrer park giving out flyers again. It was more fun this time, coz more people I know came; Ubin, Wenjun, Shuhui and Alana. Surprisingly, it was taking a damn long time to finish giving out the flyers, compared to the other times I've worked there. By dinner time, we had only given two stacks. Two stacks! Maybe there were less people, maybe I gave too little at once, I dunno. Once I gave this guy like 5 pieces (only!) and he came back and was like "Eh boy you one person give four or five isit?!" -.- Ok...

So after dinner we went to give out somemore, but this time I tried something different. Trying my luck I gave one whole pile of flyers to a dude, and he took it! I mean, it was like a few hundred (o.o shh) flyers at one go! Wow, I did that to another guy, and he looked at me, queer, but then walked away. And I made that M1 gal beside me laugh like mad. Seriously, rofl. She had a hands over her mouth, and she was squatting down laughing too hard! Lol.

Finally, all done, went to city hall to hear the sounds made by F1 cars. WOW. They hype, atmosphere felt so good, even though we couldn't see the cars. But the engine sounds were so loud, me and Shuhui's scream were so soft compared to it. VR...VROOOM!! Wow, what a cool experience. Went on to slack at Starbucks a bit more and played with ubin's toys, then went back.

Monday:

Went to Chinasquare central to find halo figurines. We boys and our toys. Lol. Highlight of the day: Ubin buying a figure worth 45 bucks for only -gasp!- 18 bucks! Why? How? Well the person tending one of the many toy shops there was an old woman who didn't know that the figure we were buying was a Gamestop exclusive. And it was only after we left the place that we realised there was a price tag at the bottom of the figure which stated -gasp!- $45. Haha what a great deal, and we didn't even know for sure till we left. Thanks, you guys just made us happy customers who will come back next time when we're looking for any particular figurines ;p

After that, we went to eat at Macs at Bugis, where I helped a woman translate her Chinese into English to a Malay Macs staff. Of all people, it was me, a person who got F9 for O level chinese to help translate. Oh well, eveything was solved quickly, and I ate my Double Cheese burger like a hungry dog. Then went on to play pool at the place we went with James and Zhiwei long time ago during Ideation period. And FINALLY, I BEAT JOSEPH! Yeah! Played quite well at the beginning, but towards the end, all my shots were off. So damn frustratin, and I now know how Wenjun felt. Left at 10pm, and oh my, we had to pay 33 bucks. Wow, split that among 4, it's 8 bucks per person. So expensive sia, if I knew, I wouldn't have played man. So low on cash somemore. Time to get a job man.

Yesah mum and dad going out soon! Finally can play The Force Unleashed at maximum sound! Woo! So Shuhui's working with us on Sunday too, can't wait to earn some cash. Didn't get to go out to China Square today coz Ubin's got some money problems and Joe was going out with parents, and me, well I was too damn tired.

Mom went out in the morning and I took the opportunity to try playing the song Boston by Augustana and singing it at the same time. Wtf! So much harder than I thought! Playing the song is freakin easy, singing is ok, but playing and singing together is like... How do I say.. Using two hands to write different sentences at the same time. Like so impossible. When I start singing, I just can't get the piano notes right. When I try to play properly, the words can't seem to come out of my mouth. Oh well, need more practice.

I love dad more than mum. At least for now. He's so much more understanding compared to her. Sad to say, but true.

I also need that Active camo Odst man. I need it. Can't wait to go China square hunting for figs.

Annoying

Mom's crazy. No joke, dead serious. After two weeks of telling me to re-cut my hair, she finally boiled over and said "If you are not getting your hair cut, I'll call the school to stop your poly education." And how the hell does poly have anything to do with this? "Bad influence from your friends." LOL. Just because my hair is a little long, it means my friends have influenced me with bad tastes? C'mon, you can't possilbly be that daft? Or can you? And who doesn't like it? Only she. Even dad thinks its ok, even though it's a little long, but he doesn't make a fuss out of it! So she really called. The school said that they'll get back to her. What rubbish. No choice, but to submit. Fine, I'll cut it if it means so much to your narrow minded brain. And saying I don't look like a guy because of my hair? Pfft. Please.

Couldn't wait to get out the house after that to meet Ubin to go figurine hunting. Too bad Joe made arrangements so fast that we didn't get to go where we wanted to, but instead planned for a movie. Reached there at around 6:45, then they bought tickets for Mamamia. Shocked to see Tinghui there. Lol I would feel weird if I were her. Ok maybe not, if I had two friends accompanying me. Oh well, too bad I couldn't watch with them, as I had to send Sis off to Sydney. Family first.

Ate Popeyes at the airport terminal 1, tasted so good, but somehow the first time I ate there the chicken tasted nicer. Hugged sis and sent her off, then went back. Messaged Ubin a lot, and apparently he went to china square central and bought a Brute Chieftan and a series 3 Masterchief. OMG. Series 3 out so soon meh? Well I'm going out with Ubin tomorrow- no, today (already 12:52am lol) to go figurine hunting. Can't wait!

Whew lots happened these few days.

Sunday:

Went for work, kept calling Wenjun, but to no avail. Then at 2:45, he smses me, saying he just woke up. -.- In the end, only the twins and their friend came, and we worked till about 8, then we slacked and went home at 8:30pm.

Monday:

Went out to repair my retarded phone. Wanna access sounds, videos or images, the whole thing will restart. Type sms also got problems. So many glitches. Battery pack also not responding, everyday have to charge once. But alas, the que was so damn long. So I just headed down to city hall to meet the rest to do the vid. Well well, as usual, the rest were late. Except for Joe, who was there on time. Waited for nearly an hour before Shuhui arrived last, then went to Suntec where Shuhui and Alana slacked at Starbucks while we guys went to Simply toys. Stopped by at the Uber huge ToysRus where I saw the lightsaber I got for my birthday. -Gasp!- 70 bucks! Omg they spent so much on that! Wow thanks guys, I didn't know it costed that much!

Walked to simply toys, stopped by to play at this mini play booth. First station was Golf, where I had to get the ball in in 4 tries. Next was PingPong, where I had to hit the ball over a line continuously for 15 seconds. Sounds easy? Not really. Kept trying and trying, till the woman just let us pass even though we failed. Then was the dice throwing which determined how many tries we got for the pool table challenge. All in all, it was kinda fun, well at least funner (is there such a word?) then slacking at Starsucks -oops- I mean Starbucks. Stupid Alfie.

Simply toys is my dream workplace. Everywhere's filled with toys, mostly starwars stuff, not that anyone's complaining. Too bad they're not selling anymore Mace Windu sabers as the license had shifted to another company and all that crap. Got to try out Yoda's lightsaber, and man, is it short! (That's what she said!) And light. The green blade's really bright too. Too bad it costs $229.90. So then after that we went backto meet the gals, and since Shuhui's cam was spoilt, we decided to go eat dinner. Well they went anyways. Me and Ubin went to collect my TFU game. Stopped by to watch the skaters..skate. And the bikers... bike? Went to Cine, only to have the E2Max staff tell us to go to the one in The Cathay. D'oh... Finally got it, then went home. Quite a fun day. =)

So today's Tuesday, I went to repair my phone, good thing the que wasn't as long, still long though (That's what she said!) 5 days. Around 5 days before I get back my phone. Oh well, at least I've got TFU to play with (That's what she said!). Meanwhile, I also am in need of a job.

Goal for this one month holiday: Build up lots of muscle and earn about 400 bucks.

So it is finally over. 5 months or so getting to know my classmates, and we're gonna change classmates in 3 weeks time, after our hols. I was quite excited yet sad about that. Now however, I'm more sad than excited. Sure, there are some weirdos in our class, but that's what makes it unique. Ah heck. Who knows? Maybe I'll be fortunate and my best friends will be in the same class as me. People I hope to be in the same class as me next month: UBIN! Joesph! Wenjun! Rizal? Yilin! Shuhui! Alana! Nadiah- wait. Heck I want them all. =(

Waking up early today was so damn tiring. Got Ubin, Wj, Joe and Nadiah to wake me at 2am. The barrage of phone calls got me up fast. Then I went to do my journal and portfolio till about 5:50am, and by then, I was the in the most tired state I had every been in. Seriously, I've never felt that tired before. I was dozing off, and I was writing crap. Like a Zombie. I knew my body couldn't take it anymore, so I told Ubin to wake me up at 6:45am. He didn't, but my phone alarm did. I tried my best to concentrate, but to no avail. Then upon reading my journal and portfolio again, I spotted so many mistakes. Eg. I spelt "above" as "aboth" and lots of other grammar and spelling mistakes. I never knew my brain would ever be that crazy.

Anyways, got to school, did my work, and got ready to present my photos. Weird thing is, my memory card suddenly disappeared. Like wtf? i checked and checked again, but to no avail. Camera? Nope. Floor? Nope. Pockets? Nope. So i just went ahead and presented whatever I had, and all I was missing was one juxtaposition shot. Oh well. Even weirder was that after I fell asleep during other presentations and woke up, my memory card was inside my camera! It's either A. I'm going crazy, or B. Someone was very sneaky.

After the sculpture presentation, we went back to clean up the place. Then we left. How anti climatic. I was hoping for a real good R&R session, but in the end, everyone just slacked. So I went back, dad was fetching anyways. And I had no money. Forgot to ask Yilin to pay me the 10 bucks or so for the cab. Grrrr. I'm freakin poor can. Shit, at least this Sunday can work.

Thanks to my classmat-- no. Friends. I've changed a lot for the better (I hope ;P) I'm so glad I wound up in this class, the one I dreaded so much at the start of school. All things happen for a reason.

Did my final assignment today, still have lots more to do. Went to Esplanade after cup noodle dinner at around 9pm. Took some pics- no wait, it was only 2 or 3 pics for my final assignment for Photo Fund. Still got lots more. Went back home in a cab with Yilin, freakin expensive man. 30 bucks. 0.0.0.0.0 Got back home, all the lights were off, except the study room where bro was in. I thought I was safe, but then mum suddenly scold me and said I couldn't go out anymore coz I came back too late. 12:40am. Wth... Whatever....

Life goes on.

Wow damn freakin tired. Slept at 4am last night, woke up at 8 am this morning. Did hald of my journal, another half to go. I'll probably finish it up when i wake up later on. Then there's still the photo assignment, and my freakin sculpture. No time man. Spent lots of time on my sculpture, bending the metal rod. Helped Nadiah cut her cardboard, now she owes me Strawberry Red tea. :) Then I messaged Yilin, asking her if I could borrow her UHU glue I spied. The moment I read her reply, it was freakin DEJA VU man. The short words, the environment, the reply, everything. So damn fimiliar, as if I had experienced it before. I keep getting these Deja vus, i dunno why.Went back home at 11pm, so darned tired. Did I say I was tired? Damn.

Anyways, got back home, and after awhile, Wayne was like "Did you see?" to which I replied "See what?" Then he told me to go to the room. I knew it was probably gonna be my 5 days late birthday present. It was. It felt like a shirt, and it was a shirt. But not just an ordinary shirt, it had long sleeves, and the design was simple, yet something that I liked very much. It also suitied me PERFECTLY. Perfect. Imma wear it to school tomorrow. Haha. Crap. Good news and bad news.

Bad news: Mum realised I got a hair cut, and didn't like it one bit. I told her it was 20 bucks. Which was true, but the
Good news: She didn't notice my hair was rebonded. 50 Bucks for that. And she'll definitely scream at me if she finds out. I mean, she already scolded me for getting a 20 dollar haircut, what more a 50 dollar straightening.

So anyways, I hope my hair faster grows.

Went to exchange my 360. Yes! I'll be in time for The Force Unleashed!

Brought buddy down just now, met 5 dogs I think. Didn't bark at them, but was kinda friendly towards them. Too friendly, perhaps.

Went with Bro to his friend's b'dae party just now. Took some pics. Blah blah. Managed to get only one so-so pic of shadow. 3 more to go. Going to meet Ubin tmr to take the rest of the pics I need. Seriously need more time here, lots of assignments to do.

Rebonding my hair

For the first time, I'm spending 70 bucks on my hair. Rebonding was 50, cutting another 20 0.0 Freakin expensive, but a new experience. Before cut, shampoo and wash hair. Then cut, Then wash. Then blowdry. Then put some weird stuff on my hair. Then put into this bowl thing. Hot with steam coming out. After like 20 mins I was sweating a little in there lol. Then take out the bowl thing, then dry, then cut. Style. Finish.

Whew, took about 1hr plus. Kinda cool, but I need to get a lil used to it.Shuhui and Alana said they couldn't really see any difference. Oh well, the dudes could. Then went to watch "The Days" at GV. It's ok, nice drama story. Good actors for a Singaporean film. Worth 6 bucks? Yes. Worth another watch? No.

Went back home, luckily, parents didn't notice my hair cut, or mum surely scold. I hope she'll never find out. Haha.

So. I'm 17 today.

At 12:01am, Joe wished me. Then at 12:05, it was Yi Lin's turn, then Iylia. :D And at 12:35, Ming's turn. Then Sis. Then Bro. Haha even family members late. It's gonna be one crazy day today, I bet.

Shuhui told me that Justin said to come at 11. That's when the screening of the video will start. Ok, she doesn't usually sms stuff like that, but whatever.. Then she said to come in White. Ok, my mind's working and I think, what if they all wear black tmr? Or maybe I'm thinking too much.

Then at 10:52 am, Joe asks me where I am. Ok something IS up. Went up to 5th level, wrong floor -.- Called Joe, he said to go down to 4th. Went there, he and Jasmine were outside the studio. Hao Wei accompanied me there. I see a few people at the doorway ; Alana and some others. Then I hear "3..2..1!" The door opens and the class sings "Happy birthday" to me. Wow. As I go in, I turn left to see Yilin holding a mooncake with a single candle litted up. Wow, I bet that was Shuhui's doing. After the song, Yilin gives me the mooncake, and it's Strawberry flavoured! Gasps! Then the bombshell: Yilin hugs me (ok, not really, more like a mini hug, but I appreciate it :D) Thanks! XD

Then another bombshell. Shuhui and Jasmine presents me with a HUGE-ass present. WOW. As in HUGE. So many scribblings on the wrapper, so I was careful not to tear them up, but alas, I tore Aisyahs'! Nevermind, the first thing I saw was the words Starwars. It was a Starwars lightsaber! WOW. I thought at most it would be a little toy or something, but a mooncake, and a lightsaber! Man! I mean..Man! Such cool classmates! I love y'all!!!

Woke up at 6 to watch Us open finals, Federer vs Murray. Omg when I saw the score, I was overjoyed. Federer's got his groove back man! He won 6-2, 7-5, 6-2. 5th time in a row he won this championship. Woot!

Went to vivo to take pics after school, then went to pay for my Diploma exam. $720. Gone. Just like that. Rushed to meet mum and dad, took some nice pics while with them. Wanna take great pics, go alone or in a small group. Enlightenment for today.

Woke up at 7:30 to get ready to go to Jamie's place (for the first time) to teach her some piano basics.

Reached there at 9, her dad, bro and maid were there. Awkward... Ok not really, but still... Taught her some basic stuff, she taught me some guitaring, left at 10:30am. She's pretty good with the Guitar, btw, but she plays only Christian songs..

Waited till 1:30 before I left to meet Joe, Ubin and WJ at city hall. Ezlink card no money, so had to top up again... Argh seriously man, money flying away so fast. Decided to go Botanic gardens to take LIGHT RAYS. But, unfortunately, the weather was horrible. Not that it rained or anything, but it was so cloudy, so no LIGHT RAYS :( Went to the lake, play with turtles, then slacked at a little place I'd like to call the Open Slack lounge. Played cards there, dunno why WJ's so irritable. Whatever.

Left at 5 plus to Bugis, went to the comic shop, bought a comic for Wayne. Series 2 Halo figs are out, but WHAT THE HELL. 40 Bucks per fig. Madness. No way am I buying from that shop.

Left to Esplanade, ate at Macs, Shuhui and Alana finally arrived. Played somemore cards outside, and MAN, was I lucky. Or gay, as Alana put it. So many good cards almost every hand. One round I had three 2s, another, all my cards were doubles. Seriously, all. Till I won then Shuhui asked how I had an even number of cards. Then we realised that Ubin had some missing cards. Oh well, I played quite well, won 3 or 4 rounds XD. Walked a bit and took some awesome pics, then went back home, with Joe and me trying to speak direct Chinese-English translation. Haha :)

ZHI WEI PROPOSED TO SHUHUI! O.M.G.

Waiting outside photo fund class till she arrived along with us, he must've gathered up lots of guts and balls of steel to ask her to come outside for a moment as he had something to tell her. OMG. I knew what was gonna happen, and so did she. So she quickly went into the room first, with some excuse that she needed to put down her things first, blah blah blah. After ShuHui spent awhile inside begging for help from us, ZhiWei came in. SH quickly said ok lets go out to talk. but ZhiWei said something like "Bu yong la bu yong la, wo qi shi yao gen ni shuo, wo hen xi huan ni."

Then she turned around and said that she was attatched, to which ZW replied "Huh..How come I didn't know leh... :(" Yes, you could almost see that sad face in his words. After a moment, he said "Liddat huh... Then nevermind lor.." With that, he left the class.

We went to find him, and consoled+encouraged him for his balls of steel. Or titanium.

Everything seemed better after that.

Then went to finish my Carbonized Han Solo.

Then went along with Ubin to meet Joe and his jamming frens. Stupid Jackson, make ShuHui cry. Freaking bastard.

Went back after Macs.

Nothing much today, so main points:

-Went to school at 9 plus, surprised to see quite a few there already.
-Gibson talked to me about starwars, suddenly so nice to wenjun, help him out blah blah.
-Finished my Lightsaber, then I realised I did the activator part wrong -.-
-Went to meet youth group mates for dinner at NYDC, damn ex. Bought Spudnick, first time siol. Very nice, but only three potatoes! 7 bucks somemore.
-Went back to class to finish up my yoda/tree house/snake thingy.
-Agreed to wear power rangers coloured clothes tomorrow, Heh.
-Met Yi Lin's sis on the way back, waited for the bus with them and Shu hui. Sis's voice sounds so alike to me man, dunno why they can tell the difference.
-Went back, met Syaz downstairs. Had his guitar with him, did some small chat, then now I'm here.

Ok not really a boring day, but kinda tiring. I guess.

Went to OCH today, not really as scary as my first time. I was always either leading or the last, with the two girls, YL and Shuhui, in between me and Ubin. Took quite a few nice photos, and went up as high as the 5th floor if I'm not wrong. Spent about an hour or less there taking photos before going back. Heh Shuhui accidentally stepped on some ashes even after Ubin warned her bout it. She kept saying sorry. ;)

Went back to school to finish my lightsaber. By then, it was all dried up, so kinda difficult to work with. Then they went to eat their cup noodles bought from cheers. Joined them although I didn't eat anything. Played Truth or Dare. Not fun one, so little times kana me. Then when I kana, they keep asking me who I like. So both times it was my turn I chose dare. Not gonna make anyone feel embarrassed by saying who I liked.

Truth or dare can hurt, and most of the times it does.
