Whew. It's over. Hols are here. A quick recap of what's happened. SC doesn't like me coz I slept in class a lot. Mmm. She asked me why but I didn't feel good giving excuses, even though it was legit. 3 piano accompaniments, 8 songs to learn in one month. Course I'm tired. Swell/

Had an interesting 18th birthday on Sep11th. Got a shirt from topman from old classmates, thanks guys! I really like it, a lot different from my usual, but cool nonetheless. (y) Thanks to Nadiah, Nina, San, Aisyah, Joe, Jasmine, Puimun, Iylia, Wenjun and Shuhui! And thanks to Ubin for that AWESOME card. Very nice, I like! Went to comex after slacking in school a bit, met Ubin and kenny there, thanks for the figurines you two :) Marina square, bought two meals. Yum.

Listened to the new Muse songs from the new album, The Resistance. Very nice. A lot different from their usual, lotsa strings, piano and less vocals. Kinda not used to it at first, but got the hang of it after awhile. Orchestral. Still, i wish there was more Electric guitar. Love the exogenesis parts.

Then... same old... Well not exactly same old, the five day not-food fast ended. ;p Was teaching the kids when I received a phone call, I'd won tickets for GCA conference! Was excited at first, then saw the conference schedule, only saw two that interested me. Went with sis there just now. First talk about Games of the past and future was really interesting. A real big eye opener. Bottom line of that talk: Passion, inside. Not limitations, outside. Tried my hand at ODST. One word: Fun. Then met Ubin and Kenny for awhile. Then her. Another fun night. Guitarhero 5. Boonkiller. Fun shit. A little embarrassing though, seeing them play so well. Carl's Junior. Interesting stuff happened when we were about to leave. Disturbing. The comeback was fun though :)
